This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. True Web Apps is operated from Tampa Bay, FL.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, company, phone (optional), password hash.
Business data: content you add to your dashboard (logos, services, bookings, gallery, posts).
Billing data: subscription status, invoice history. Payment card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, errors. Used for security and product improvement.
Cookies: strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session.

2. How we use it

Provide and operate the Service.
Process payments (via Stripe).
Send transactional email (receipts, trial reminders, alerts).
Customer support and account security.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sub-processors

Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Lovable / Vercel — application hosting.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure (billing records may be kept up to 7 years to meet tax law). You can request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (EEA, UK, California, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

6. Security

We use TLS for transport, encrypted backups, hashed passwords, and row-level security on the database. No system is 100% secure — please report concerns immediately.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
