Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of True Web Apps (“we,” “us,” the “Service”), operated from Tampa Bay, FL. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide a hosted website, booking, and marketing platform sold as subscription plans (currently the “Growth” plan at $149/month USD, billed monthly) and custom enterprise engagements quoted separately.

2. Trial

New accounts include a 72-hour free trial. No payment method is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your dashboard is paused but your data is preserved.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
You can cancel at any time from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
If a payment fails, we retry per Stripe’s smart retry schedule and notify you by email. Persistent failure (typically 14–21 days) may result in suspension.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

4. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. For genuine billing errors, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (text, images, logos). You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

No illegal content, spam, malware, intellectual-property infringement, adult content, or attempts to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is.” We may perform maintenance and update features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination we’ll provide a reasonable export window for your data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
